"The receptionist (a black lady) was very friendly & helpful. The best part: the shuttle to ski resort stops right in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel is very new & clean so I feel very at ease. The only negative thing: I failed to see a water dispenser in the hotel. Everything else is great. I'll come back to stay here for next ski season. "

"This place is clean, convenient and close to the Steamboat Ski Resort, but they don’t have elevator in the building so it is a little bit difficult for people carrying big suitcases to the second floor. The continental breakfast is included which is nice for skiers, so we can get on to the lift quicker. I would recommend this place to my friends who will go to Steamboat to ski in the future."

"If I could rate this higher, I would. We have stayed in 5 star luxury hotels around the world with worse service. The thoughtfulness and consideration of the property manager, Faye, is second to none. The cabins are extremely comfortable as well, and are stocked with pretty much anything you could think of. Absolutely book this stay. We will 100% be back."

"Location is fantastic. It’s an original motel that has been spruced up with new paint and updated bathrooms. It has a choppy layout. But staff were great. Location is amazing. Walked right out our door and clipped into the skis. Would do it again for a last minute ski trip like the one we were on. "
