「Everything was within a walkable distance shops, restaurants and waterfront…」

「訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！」

「由於客房已滿,所以我預定了兩種房型, 但原來兩種不同房型的位置是不同的。所以大家庭出遊要注意, 訂同一房型才能住在同一位置。 酒店客房十分寛敝, 住得很舒適。」

「When you go to the venue, the message on the locked gate takes you to a complete different location. When we drove there, managed to park the car and went in, we were told the keys are not there and had to go to another venue. When we went to leave no one answered my calls to where to leave the keys brcause the address given in the paperwork is the incorrect location. And we couldn’t leave them at the venue as the gates to leave required the keys Its a bloody mess !」

「酒店靠近購物中心，只需走過馬路就到了購物中心，有超級市場和美食廣場，酒店附近亦有很多餐廳食肆可以選擇。員工每天打掃房間，提供不同種類的茶包，亦有提供食具，可以在房間內吃簡單的早餐或享受下午茶。」

「The amenities ,cleanliness, location are excellent. 」

「If you have only a short amount of time and don't want to travel too far with little children- this is the place to be. We already got the good weather and beaches in Perth so why not make the most of it?! This place is under an hour car trip from Perth and tailored for families. The apartments are spacious and clean, you get kitchen, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, dryer. The pools are gorgeous! The whole pool area is beautifully maintained with hot tubs and pools indoors and outdoors....

「It’s not a cozy cottage stay when there’s no privacy. The back yard is open with the house . I probably should have read it better and I couldn’t fit my Ute in the of street parking , there was no details of the address so I ended up texting the owner and got a prompt reply with easy instructions to get in. The booking said for one when I put 2 adults in. So only 1 old towel provided Didn’t even stay in the end so easy money for the owner」

「Considering the price we were disappointed . Leaking toilets, mould in bathroom, not to sure if it was cleaned between last guests and had to contact the owner to get info on how to get in twice on the day.」

「Just what we needed, first class residential accommodation in a quiet area but within easy reach of the beach and shops. It was clean and well equipped. It felt like home. The host was very friendly and eager to please. We would highly recommend it to others.」
