Elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée et bénéficie d’une piscine privative gigantesque avec vue mer et coucher de soleil. Le personnel de l’hôtel est souriant et aux petits soins ce qui contribue à faire de ce séjour une expérience privilégiée. Petit bonus : le room service est sans supplément ce qui est rare. 」

「If there is a word that best describes this property its the filoxenia from the staff. Clean hotel, recently renovated pool and bedrooms. Lovely relaxing beach close by. Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. We will be visiting you all soon Stavroulla and Yiannis」

The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. 「Ce n’est pas un hôtel de chaîne mais le projet d un couple et on le sent dans chaque détail, tout est pensé pour que les voyageurs se sentent bien, très bien même. Mais que dire, qui n’a déjà été dit ! Tout est parfait. La vue reposante et ces superbes couchers de soleil. L’accueil parfait d’Andreas qui parle français 😀 le petit plus !! En bref un super séjour , à renouveler sans hésiter lors d.un prochain séjour en Crète. Merci 」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. 」

「Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...
