Stunning Cabin

We had a blast visiting the mountain for my husband’s 40th birthday!! The Old Spring Retreat is stunning and decorated so nicely. I loved the bunk room and visiting a cabin with books and toys. Everything was super clean except for the stairs - so dirty and there were about a dozen lady bugs under the couch that terrified my toddler. Fully realize we were in the woods but wondering if there is a problem!? Regardless, we had a great weekend. Thank you!

Spacious but needs new mattresses

They have soft mattress covers but the actual mattress have very little support. More comfy couches!! Place was clean and very pleasant, kitchen had nice pots and utensils to use, and a real coffee pot, not just a lame Keurig. Plumbing worked, view was nice. Lots of noise from the road but you can't see it cars.

Everything was great, as always. Thank you. One item you might want to give some attention to is that the ice maker would not dispense ice when we arrived. Upon further inspection I determined that the cause of this malfunction was due to the ice reservoir was completely blocked with a solid chunk of ice. Perhaps a slow water leak could be the root cause of this issue? I cleared the blockage, allowing the ice dispenser to function properly, but by the time we left this morning it was blocked again. Other than that, everything was perfect. We look forward to our next visit. Thank You
