“This hotel has every thing you need and imaging Alexandria would be. From the amazing view and the incredible hospitality to the month watering food and drinks. The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandria. There a really good shopping mall attached to it with some of the best local brands and restaurants. Althought itis expensive but this is by far the best hotel in Alexandria.”

“Stayed one night at this hotel. It was stressful and we arrived late at night. After a near accident with a truck, asked my friends who drove me to stay and drive the day after. The hotel changed the room for us for a fee and managed to let us park at the property. Super service and very nice hotel. I would have definitely stayed if i had not booked an apartment in downtown prior to arrival.”

“An elegant old hotel and price is reasonable. Location is good and service is much better than anticipation. Afternoon tea is served.”

“The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took……

“We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!”
