「The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and that staff was great and kind. Everything was very clean. The included classes offered aren’t all week so we could not partake as it’s only offered 4 (I think) of the 7 days. Food was very tasty but it’s silly...

「Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. The location was also nice very close to the promenade. We highly recommend this hotel!」

「The hotel was massive and there are so many activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My family and I ate at Dedalos Main Restaurant but they had so many other options. I do suggest that if you want to eat at the à la carte dining restaurants to book at least a week or so in advance because they require reservations. Also, for the activities, book a day or so in advance. They do have transportation from the hotel to the star each where you can do...

「Great family resort, food selection was very good unless you are super fussy, our daughter is and even she managed to have a pretty full plate each meal. Drinks were a good selection. Kids club was good but activities were fairly minimal. Beaches were lovely. Pools great for everyone. The beds were hard, but not lumpy, pillows fine. There is a go cart track next door that my son enjoyed. You can easily walk in to town or down to other beaches. We had a great stay.」

「The hotel room costed about 250€ for 2 days sea-views on weekdays in October at the low season period. That is not worth it personally. Although, the hotel was not full but they assigned us for a room at the ended right-handed side from the hotel, which people can have a half sea-view only. 」

「Lovely villa and pool, super clean, great location and good instructions for check in. Only slight thing is would prefer a gate from the parking spot to the villa entrance as pool exposed so would have preferred more privacy. Also, needed to be 2 bowls, side plates as only had 1 of each and no wine glasses. A tea towel to dry dishes would be helpful as small sink area and didnt want to use bath towel. Doesnt need much to make absolutely perfect. Would stay again.」
