「We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one.」

「Lovely clean comfortable apartment. It is exactly as you see in the photo's. Good clear communication all the way through, easy access and Youcef stayed in touch throughout. The extra little touches made the experience more enjoyable. Tea, coffee,porridge pasta, goodies as well ....amazing. He thought of everything. Very short distance from the bus,train station and centre. Youcef has left beautiful presented information book on pubs, restaurants and things to do etc ...Next time we will bring...

「This is not a luxury house. Cheap second hand uncomfortable furniture, a smelly oven that may not have been cleaned for years (if ever???) and crockery that we needed to wash before we used it. We are not fussy people, but clean and comfortable should be a bare minimum....
Worst of all though was a chirping smoke alarm on the first floor landing, indicating a dead battery. On closer inspection, there wasn't even a battery fitted!! I offered to replace it if the owner couldn't arrange it for...
