"The host was very nice and detail oriented and knowledgeable."

"It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future"

"The unit we were in was very nice. I was there with my 19 month old grandbaby girl. She was just out of the hospital from a liver transplant and we needed a safe, clean, well maintained place to stay. We found it with Ashley at this location. The unit was very clean with just enough of the necessities needed. Ashley was helpful and easy to reach by text. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Cute property, great college vibe. You’ll hear dogs/cats/people in adjoining apartments as if they’re in same room as you. Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property."

"This is a great property that is conveniently located. It was great to have a spot of our own while visiting family. If you are cold natured, bring a blanket and they don’t provide dish towels (but have plenty of extra bath hand towels). We didn’t use the communities amenities but they looked really nice. The community is very peaceful. "

"My friend and I, traveled from out of state just to get there and try to contact her to see what building and apartment number the rental was. We got no answer no text back no nothing. I had to call rbo and let them know what was going on. She wouldnt even answer the phone for them at first. It to then almost 40 mins to get her to answer her phone and they was really blowing her phone up. Just for her to say that she double booked it. Lies because when i paid the money is when it said it was...

"We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!"
