"We truly loved our stay at this Vrbo rental! The house was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive, making our trip stress-free.The only thing that stood out as a downside was the garbage situation. The policy felt a bit overcomplicated, and the garbage bin was extremely small, which made handling trash during our stay a hassle. "This is not a luxury hotel - but this is a great property for getting away from it all with enough room for an extended family! The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Each room has its own window AC and several rooms have their own bathroom. The Dining Room/Sunroom/Living Room layout is great for large groups - we even moved tables around and fit our whole family (20 people) at one long table one night! Don't worry about packing linens and towels (except maybe a beach towel) as that is all taken...

"We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2025 and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The other reviews are right, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than we expected. The bedrooms were very clean -- all the bedsheets and pillowcases were clean and smelled freshly laundered. We also appreciate that this property was NOT pet friendly; we hope it remains this way and look forward to returning in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and clean bedrooms. The place was perfect for relaxation and gathering with family and friends.The location was also very convenient, and we appreciated how well-prepared everything was upon our arrival. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable stay. "A fantastic little cottage on a very secluded little farm. The property owners, Jim and Tracy, were very friendly and accommodating. It was wonderful just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and enjoying the peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"The cabin was perfect for the weekend we had planned. It's clean and well stocked, pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the river access is excellent for wading. It's a quiet and peaceful retreat and Andy is an excellent host. We'll be back!"
