"Beautiful hotel and clean. However, ice machines didn’t work."

"The room was average, we had dinner in cafe del sol and it was pretty good and the service was good. It was the only good part of our stay. The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was hot the ac kept turning off. And we got locked an out of our room at 10pm because the battery died on the room lock they told us it would be 20 minutes till someone could come. Luckily my other half mentioned that I was standing outside our room with the baby and the guy came fairly quickly. But then our parking pass that we had to pay for did not work for us to leave the next morning and caused us to be late for our event. Would not stay here again. "

"This hotel is old and tired. They do not clean the rooms daily which is something I have not seen before. The pool is very old and gross and the hot tub was out of order."

"We stayed on the 8th floor and were told by staff that the nugget is between seasons and adjusting heating and cooling which would take 1 month, so the room ac/heat was adjusting making me sweat in my sleep or cold and shivering. The staff at the sportsbook at the betting table were not that pleasant. The games seem to be focused on slot machines and the table minimums have gone up to play any of them. Since there was no snow, the choice for activities were gambling or restaurants. "

"Fantastic location within walking or shuttle distance to Heavenly Ski resort. Amazingly comfortable king size beds and new linens. Rooms were adjoining with connecting hallway , making it great for families. Stunning views of the ponderosa pines and Sierra mountains. Club lounge and jacuzzi amenities were a huge plus for our kiddo as skiing was non existent this 2026 Spring Break. Pillows and blankets on the living room sectional would have been a nice touch. Room service every 3 rather than 4 days also would have made the stay more enjoyable. And we could not figure out if the periodical loud banging through the day and early morning was metal trash cans on the 3rd floor above us. Please fix the bathroom vents."

"Although this is an older timeshare it is kept in very good condition and had everything we could possibly need (no oven but who wants to do that kind of cooking on vacation). We have been there a half dozen times and will be back again this summer! "

"The place itself was nice. The sun in the evening does beat hard into the room and the owners haven't put shades up to block that. They advertised that there was a hot tub on the facility and a laundry center. Both of these were being remodeled at the time of our stay. After skiing - a hot tub really helps and we booked this space under the understanding that we would have a hot tub. This wasn't the case. The place was nice though - just wish maybe we got some funds back for this or they did something to make up for this lie about the place."

"The view was incredible. It was a pricey stay. I didn’t sleep well due to the toilet run all night. I struggled a bit with getting the fireplace to light. "
