"I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is...

"Great location, beautiful condo, and super easy to communicate with the owners. My husband and I came to Tahoe for our anniversary. The condo is a lovely place to stay, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice living room with a view of the pool, and a super comfortable bed. "Very nice older home....plenty of room and sleeping spots. Relaxing sitting by the outside fireplace. Clean and nice interior and furnishings. Beach access is a couple blocks away, but very limited so far as area for setting up pop ups and chairs. The Kuerig coffee maker did not work properly and caused a mess. There was no in house binder giving instructions on fireplace operation or other amenities. Overall comfortable and relaxing."

"We traveled from Southern California to get away from the hustle and bustle. Our stay was very comfortable with such an amazing view of both the lake and mountains. Everything was very clean when we got here and I would definitely come again! "
