「This is a great place to rent out for a few days. The house is very comfortable and clean and I loved the bath tub with the jets. The only thing I wish could have been better was the tv in the main bedroom to cooperate better but I think it might be old so it wasn’t really a problem. Was out most of the time anyways. Other than that it was a great time and the host was always very helpful and quick with responses.」

「The place was magnificent. Well located, clean, well appointed. Just one word of caution for older people or people with heavy bags: navigating the stairs was challenging.」

「This property met our needs for a weekend place to stay. The location was convenient as well as aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing.」

「Very spacious, renovation tastefully updated. Other than a couple of the furnishings needing to be upgraded. Love the area, friendly quiet just what my family needed. When we had an issue we were not ignored, we were met with a quick response.Parking can be madness but that’s out of the host control. We were forwarded information to help us with that.」

「place was clean but neighborhood super sketchy. no tvs in the bedrooms. and it’s a 3 story walk up so be prepared if you are bringing heavy luggage. parking is an issue so if you have more than one vehicle you may have issues. host was nice and responsive.」

「Everything was great. The only suggestion is to update the blinds behind the bed to eliminate light.」

「It is clean, neat, all ready to stay instead in New York. The host is responsible and kindness. If it has dryer and washer, it is more better for whom to stay longer a few days.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property during out teen leadership trip. The location was convenient for our group, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The home was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of 17. Check in and communication with the host were smooth and straightforward throughout the process. This was a meaningful and memorable trip for our young leaders, and having a reliable and comfortable home base made all the difference. Thank you.」

「I was really pleased with the excellent communication with host. Property was as described. Great location near all the shops. Equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. My favorite is that we had plenty of beds to sleep on with a group of 10 . Family friendly. I would rent again. Thank you!」

「What an adorable cottage! Cute, cozy and super clean. Kelly was by far the best host we've had! She was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very helpful with local tips about beaches and restaurants.」

「First impressions matter—absolutely no parking near the home for nearly an hour, storm door was broken and would not close, porch light look liked it had been hit by a bat and did not work. Once you get inside expect a narrow and steep flight of stairs to get to the main level of the house. The actual was nicely remodeled, individual room A/C units kept the space comfortable, even in the summer heat. Spaces were clean and basic supplies and amenities were provided. A few things to note:—the...
