“Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart……

“This is a hotel thats very nice. Beautiful actually. Bed is comfortable, room is super spacious even at the basic level we stayed I gave my rating based off the staff at check in, the room service staff and food quality We never got the welcome drink or explained how the property functions (activities, where to find the lift if the day, room service is by request off your phone, etc). So it was a Learning curve for us as we went to find it what we didn’t know. Then we arrived starving- ……

“This hotel is wonderful. So cute and homey with a beautiful garden and great beach. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hotel includes a hearty and tasty breakfast at Loretta’s Restaurant and Beach resort and access to their beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The beach has nice sand, good swimming area, snorkels and kayaks. The food there is excellent. We did not even go anywhere else during our 5 day stay!
