“Breakfast was good”

“The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself left MUCH to be desired. I requested a crib/pack & play when booking and none were available when we checked in. The sheets were gross. I have no other words for it. We checked out and went down the road to the Holiday Inn. I have never left a hotel before due to uncleanliness but there was no way I could, in good conscience, allow my toddlers to sleep in those conditions. Also, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I don’t……

“Breakfast menu was a little limited. Clean room. Staff great! Air condition and heat perfect. Better than what I consider it's price competitors to be. In today's high tech age, a few more electrical receptacles would be nice, but that's the case in most hotel/motels in this price range.”

“I would've given more stars, but we didn't have face towels, the place smelled of pine sol that was so strong and furniture was stacked in the halls.”

“Room I was checked into had candy wrappers on the floor from the last guest. Got the deluxe sweet with whirpool tub, the tub had no plug and the whirlpool jets didn't work. For the price I paid I was rather disappointed.”

“While this is an older property, the room was clean and showed signs of recent renovations. Walls appeared to be freshly painted and the bed was new. The manager was very friendly and provided her personal cell phone number in case anything needed attention overnight. In my opinion, this was an exceptional value for the money. Its location close to historic Saint Genevieve makes it an ideal chose for visitors on a budget. I would recommend to anyone.”
