Condo 50 Yards from T-Bar

Liked raised kitchen overlooking sunken living room - could cook while family watched movies. Good table for meals and games. Very close to the slopes - could ski to property, and short walk to slops.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and pillows were nice. My only concern is that there is a very steep drop-off from the kitchen to the den. It would be easy for someone to fall and get seriously hurt. It was a fairly easy walk each morning to access the ski slope. The VACASA shuttle buses were a huge benefit and the free city bus is also a great option. You really don’t need to spend the money for a rental car with these two options. I would stay in this condo again.

Kutuk 111

The unit itself is nicely laid out, open floor plan, and very well equipped in terms of the kitchen, cookware, glasses and dishware. Master bath has been nicely updated and king bed is nice and comfortable. The dishwasher was inoperable while we were there which was a bit of a drag, but they are awaiting a replacement unit which is delayed due to supply chain issues out of their control. The Kutuk facility is very well equipped with functional gas grills with lighting right outside the units as well as nice outdoor hot tubs and a spacious deck area above the parking garage. Accommodation is a short 100 yard or so walk to the slope. I also apprecaited the management team calling the morning of check in to understand our arrival time in an effort to prioritize cleaning - which they did - allowing us to check in upon arrival. They also called to apologize about the dishwasher, which was nice. As with many rentals, the walls and ceilings are thin which made for noisy neighbors with kids running around and jumping up and down but that isn't the owner or the facilities fault. I would definitely stay at Kutuk again.

Nice condo, good location

We enjoyed our stay in Kutuk 111. The condo was adequately furnished and supplied. There are a number of steps between levels, especially in the living/dining area that may be an issue for those with small children or older less mobile family members. The management did a great job checking in and helping in these strange Covid times. The common areas and hot tub were great, and we felt very comfortable with the system they have in place,

My stay at Steamboat

Nice spot in a great location. Free shuttle transportation was a plus. Airport access not that easy. So prepare for transportation to condo before you arrive.
