Cute and comfy home base for Steamboat ski and festival trip

Great location! Short walk to the gondola. Very comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen fully stocked so cooking at home was easy. Property management was helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Steamboat Mid-winter break

Great Space, Great Location

We stayed here for just a few days in the summer (incredible time to be in Steamboat), and were very pleased with the accommodations. Front desk was very nice and helpful, and Lodge B209 was clean, spacious, and had great views of the mountain. It was exactly as advertised and I highly recommend.

Great location!

This property was a good fit for our family of 4. Easy walk to the gondola for our kids (ages 5 and 8). Only complaint is that it was superficially very clean but could use a deep clean under the beds, etc. All in all would stay again!

Very positive other than some extremely noisy upstairs guests. Great shuttles. Comfortable living room and kitchen. Tight space in non-king bedroom fir storage. Great location.

Great weekend

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with plates/cooking utensils, etc, the beds were comfy, and the interior was beautifully decorated. It was great to sit on the balcony for coffee and look out on the trees. My only complaint is that there was no AC. I don't recall that in the description so just wish I had known that ahead of time bc the secondary bedroom was very hot until we got the fans going. Overall it was a fantastic condo and I would stay again.

Great family spot

The property manager got back to me very promptly when I had questions and when we needed to increase our stay time. Also we got in late because of traffic and they still made it very easy to get keys. Location was great and the free shuttle was so helpful when walking with skis. The only thing that wasn’t updated was the shower/tub. This didn’t affect the function of it- warm water with good pressure. The common laundry was easy to access and wasn’t busy either.

not luxury

good and bad. online, the unit appeared modern but it was an old unit with poor lighting, dated bathrooms and outlets that didn’t work. despite that, it was clean and comfortable. it was on the 2nd floor and there was no one to assist with our luggage. the property manager was responsive and tried to help us when they could. walking distance to the mountain and a regular shuttle as well that took you to the mountain or town. if you are looking for luxury, you will be disappointed. otherwise, it was a convenient location.

Last minute Spring Break with Teens

Perfect Location and Size for us and our High Schooler and College Freshman. Short walk to base and Ski Rental right on corner. Nice to have the two fulls instead of twins for my older kids. Comfy living Room for reading and checking gondola weather/ visibility in the morning.

The condo is a short walk (10 minutes) to the base of the mountain. The shuttle service was quick and easy. We used it to go into Steamboat. It could also be used to get to the lifts. My ONLY negative were the additional fees that were an additional 50% of the daily charge.

Snowy day in steamboat!

The condo was absolutely perfect warm and cozy and the gathering area was great. Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was even spacious for a smaller condo. It had everything we needed as we sat by the fireplace every evening. It is conveniently located in town in the shuttle were amazing! It only took 5 to 10 minutes for them to arrive to pick us up and take us wherever we wanted to go! I highly recommend staying here, we Didn’t want to go home!

Haven in the mountains

It was the cutest condo in a great place. 5 minutes from downtown. We were able to feel at home with great amenities and a staff that was incredibly responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting the fun on the slopes and a place to recharge.

Perfect Stay!

My family enjoyed an extended stay at the Lodge B209. Its the perfect location with easy access to activities yet quiet and peaceful. The condo was updated, furnished nicely, clean, comfortable, with incredible views from the living room windows and covered balcony/porch area. It was a home away from home! I highly recommend!!!
