Great place!

We loved our 2BR in Timber Run. Good space for our family with kids and grandparents to spreadout. Best was easy walk to hot tubs, shuttle bus service that takes you right to mountain (40 yd walk to the bus operated by condo property managers), easy walk to brewery and breakfast. Definitely staying here next time!

Great location, lots of things to make it family friendly

This spot was a great location, there were lots of things in the apartment to use like fans and humidifiers. There were also fire sticks on all TV's which is a great upgrade. The beds were comfortable and the pool close by. They were also great at responding to and checking in during the stay. This is a very nice spot for a great little family vacation.

Excellent location

We enjoyed staying in timber run. The condo had everything we need except sheets for the pullout couch. We alerted the office who promptly brought those to us as well as a parking pass. The customer service was fantastic and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. We highly recommend this location, we will be back!

A Bit Dated, But Nonetheless Good

The place was a bit dated but overall still a nice stay. Had a bit of an issue with the stove, but the property manager quickly reached out and got things squared away. The shuttle to the ski area was convenient. Overall it was good.

Mixed review

I would not stay in Timber Run 106 again, unless renovated. We had a great experience with the management company, check in, shuttle service, hot tubs and general environs. The unit was dated, which was ok, but we had several issues requiring maintenance. The kitchen was sub par, with disorganized and haphazard utensils and dishes. The master bedroom had a king bed with an oversized frame which did not fit the room, creating a cramped experience - difficult to negotiate in the night. The management company, iTrips, was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent from them again.

Very nice location and ok equipped in the kitchen. However need a bit of update.

Blinds not really working in the bedroom Should have a instructions on how the tv works in living room. Unable to make it work. 3 technical men trying. Update overall.

Gem in Steamboat!

Great location and close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in process very easy and great communication with the property management. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end each day. Plan to stay again!
