Great location

We came to ski and have a nice dinner. La casa had constant and frequent shuttles to the mountain. And when we wanted to head into town and back we just called the shuttle and quickly had a ride. The service was great!

Spread out and walk to gondola

Great property for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out and easy walk to the gondola! Slight walk uphill to return from the slopes. The in-home dry sauna was a great treat! Would stay again.

Spacious and walk to slope

Rented here for a few days of skiing . Very spacious. There were 5 of us and could accommodate more. The access to the slopes was great! No need to take shuttle.

Great place overall

Loved the convenience to the slopes. Couch needs to be replaced. Dog hair was all over the couch (no pets are allowed). Overall, the place was great except for dog hair.

Fantastic

Everything was as promised. Check-in efficient, unit was in great shape, spotless and convenient to all things (most of all, the slopes). Very importantly, the shuttle service worked great...always on time and with good-humored & knowledgeable drivers.

Well supplied & great amenities

Overall, the condo is perfect for multi-couple visitors with each bedroom having its own bath + a bath off the living area. The shuttle service offered was a dream & made staying off-slope 0 hassle. I'd have given 5 stars but for the sauna, steam and 1 fireplace not working. Also, the lighting in the bedrooms caused us to fumble & stumble around.

Perfect for large groups

The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed. Bedrooms all had en suite bathrooms, beds and pillows super comfortable. Easy walk to the slopes. Vacasa shuttle to slopes runs all day, and the on call shuttle was reliable. The Vacasa staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful.

worked for us as we were 7 people -- but very very outdated. carpeting wasn't very clean -- and the whole place needed more light! suitable for us, but felt the exact same as when we took our children 25 years ago. Also, Shuttle service needs more drivers!!!

The kitchen was well stocked and in a great location. Walking distance to the mountain or had the option to take the shuttle. Lots of room for a big family to gather and spend time together. The hot tubs are a short walk from the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and roomy. plenty of bathrooms, easy to get to the slopes. Bath area open to bedroom; needs a ceiling where the sinks are located so as to not wake person sleeping. Could update overall home.

Great place but not ski in ski out and needing some repairs

The place was advertised as a ski in and ski out but it was a walk to the lifts and not a true ski in and ski out. Also only the two smallest burners worked on the stove making it impossible to cook. And those two burners were also very finicky and it was hard to even get them to work. Also half the light bulbs in the living room were burnt out making it very dark. It was nice and spacious but I expected the basics to be working!

La Casa 12

This is our 2nd year lodging at La Casa. We had a larger group this year (10) so we upgraded to ne of the larger condos. Everything was fantastic. Washer dryer for ski gear, each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Larger kitchen that was fully stocked, great living room! La Casa customer service has been A+ both years. We will be staying again as Steamboat has become a yearly tradition!

Just an ok spot

We were visiting with my 80 yr old parents and there were too many stairs for them. Even though I indicated that when applying. There was construction going on (which we were informed about) the week before. Our parking spot was full of construction material and at one time ladders and materials in front of building even in the middle of our stairs. It was very hot and no air conditioning. Unit was outdated and carpets were very dirty. The the price paid I will never stay there again. The pool does not belong to the unit and a far walk to enjoy. I’m very disappointed.

Perfect Vacation With Grandchildren

This particular unit was perfect for a vacation with our children and grandchildren. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need and more. It was very clean. All the bedrooms have their own balconies. The two master bedrooms have nice views and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons.

Our stay was fabulous! Beautiful condo, good skiing. The shuttle service was excellent we never waited more than 10 minutes and it was usually less than that. Everyone at Steamboat was very nice. Lisa our snowshoe guide was great. Dinner at Hazies was perfect. We had a wonderful trip.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely beautiful unit! The unit itself was very welcoming and equipped with more than we had anticipated. The only disappointment we had...we couldn't stay longer!!!!😊(and that was due to our own personal schedules.) The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
