Fall colors

This is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights in Steamboat Springs. It’s not to far from downtown/restaurants, shops, old town springs pools, and gondola/ski slopes. Sam and Courtney keeps a clean modern place with the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is a very nice condo. Close to the mountains/ski areas. It was a little hot in the evening without AC though. Great location and price. Nice living area and kitchen.

Sam and Courtney were fantastic hosts—clear communication, easy check-in/out processes, and helpful info. The condo was clean and comfortable, and was a perfect way to get to the gondola every morning without driving. We loved it!

Wonderful stay

We skied and enjoyed a very welll appointed property. There was almost too much communication. LOL. We had everything we needed just had to keep reviewing emails to find where we had been told what.

Beautiful property

Property is very clean and gorgeously decorated. Great proximity to downtown steamboat. The only issue we had was that the initial code given to unlock the door didn’t work. The host Sam was very quick to respond and had the problem fixed within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was well Kept and cleanly! Only issue was it was very hot. They had 2 fans in the bedrooms for the evening and we tried to keep the windows open but neighbors smoked.
