Old Man ski trip

Five old guys, stuffed a bit with the three flights up with no elevator but loved the old school condo and the location to the lift and bar.

Good spot, ski-in feature was a bonus

Really great value, close to the mountain. Only tough part is three flights of stairs - not a big deal but I got injured the first day, so... Found a little trail goes from the main trail to the bottom of the steps to the accommodation which was nice. Would definitely stay there again

Great location- ski in ski out, decor older but super charming- great family room! Loft was cool! Loved the parking garage! . A few things could have been better. Little things- master bedroom mattress was old, shower curtain was gross. No water pressure in 2nd shower! Carpet was stained and needs replacing. Balcony is shared and next door neighbors were smoking out there. Overall great place, I would stay in complex again but not in this unit.

Good view, ski in, very short walk to ski out, hot tub, clean, polite guest services, We were not prepared for 4 flights of stairs to the parking garage, slow flushing toilets, no toilet plunger on site.. small way outdated TVs and appliances. Carpets ready for replacements.

A very nice property. Everything as represented. Plenty of kitchen equipment, including coffee filters but no condiments for covid reasons I’m sure. Easy walk to base 5-10 min. and maybe 100yds max to carry skis. Had to call day of to schedule hot tub time (45min) to a very nice tub. The stairs could be a challenge for many people. No elevator. We had a great stay. Would rent again.

Great place to stay in Steamboat

This is the second year we've stayed at a Kutuk rental in Steamboat and love the location of it. This condo has great views of the mountains, and easy ski-in-ski out.

Grew up skiing Steamboat, but unfortunately work took me to Texas. Have returned every year for the last 10 seasons for early January ski trips. Have stayed at different condo complexes throughout the years. This year stayed at Kutuk and loved everything about. Clean condo, completely supplied with every amenity: Internet, Dish TV, all paper supplies, clean linen and towels, hot tub was top of the line and clean. Locked outdoor ski storage. Indoor parking, and true ski in ski out. Will stay here again!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed Kutuk and this unit. The view was amazing, and we loved being so close to the hot tub, ski lockers, etc. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. We also loved the shuttle and the helpful Kutuk staff. we would definitely stay there again!!

We loved this condo! The woman at the front desk was so sweet and helpful while we were checking in. The location was perfect (right next to the mountain) and the places to keep our boots/skis were very helpful. The condo itself was the perfect size for 8 people and we were so thankful for all the amenities included in the condo - dishes, shampoo/conditioner, ice, blankets! Everything we needed! We will definitely be looking to come back soon. Thank you!
