Front desk staff was very nice. Check out instructions were not clear as to where to bring keys and tenant responsibilities. Nice place to stay overall.

I was told to go with the west condos because, even though it was more costly, it would be more convenient traveling alone with two small children. It has been anything but convenient. I had to carry all our gear up several flights of stairs. There’s no pool for kids to play in. There’s a hot tub but I have to take two small children out into the cold to get there. The hotels with pools in the same building would have been far better for our situation. I’m leaving my double stroller outside and down several flights overnight. I’m running up and down to our stroller to put our belongings in and then running back up for kids whenever we want to go out. We are in a unit in the one building that does not have any parking spaces adjacent to it. Of all the people to give no parking nearby! A sole parent with a toddler and preschooler! The loft is not safe with a two year old who tried to climb up but cannot make it back down without help. Whats even more astounding this isn’t the west condo I was quoted and t
