“Everything was above and beyond, except breakfast. Ran out of hot food. Bacon undercooked, Egg dishes not of a good texture. The spa was absolutely pristine and beautiful. The largest I have ever seen.”

I’ve called the hotel property and corporate a total of 6 times over a week without a single person being able to discuss the issue, they just keep pushing me to others and not calling me back. This is the worst customer service I’ve received. When I checked in they didn’t know the amount of days or type of room, I should have left then.”
