"Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable."

"Hotel Alpina is a charming, wonderful little boutique hotel with beautiful views and very convenient to bus and train routes. The hotel was quiet and clean! The bed was comfortable. "We had a very pleasant experience at the Hotel Regina in Wengen. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at check-in and in the hotel restaurant. The dining room overlooked the Lauterbrunnen valley below with spectacular views. The food was outstanding, I had the leg of lamb and it was excellent. We will return next year to enjoy the views and food!"

"Don't be daunted with the fact that there isnt a grocery store or ATM in Gimmelwald! There are 2 bars across the street with pizza and drinks. A quick cable car to Murren for a Food Co-op or cable and bus to Lauterbrunnen for another Co-op which both have all you need is easy!The views, the peaceful quiet is amazing! All one hears are the bells of goats/cows. Love Love this place! comfortabnle, and very clean! Very attentive, manager onsite when we arrived! Highly recommend!
