「The room was very small but clean. The breakfast was poor with little selections for gluten free or other allergies.」

「Room was clean and spacious Not a fan of the kiosk checking.」

「This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sheets were stained. One of the mattresses appeared to be inhabited by bed bugs. The wall appeared to have pictures forcibly removed which left white marks above the bed. The toilet and tub had cigarette burns. The toilet was not properly mounted, it moved visibly when sat upon. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. I was offered a different room...

「Needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was lacking.Shower made an awful noise. Check in gal was nice and bed was comfortable.」

「Staying at Stone Haus was like visiting a distant relative. The owners were friendly and inviting. Their dog Mandy was also friendly. The place was filled with various antique pieces and paintings. It made us feel right at home. The breakfast we were served could have fed twice as many people. We did not use the hot tub though it was offered to us. Its location offered a quiet neighborhood and lovely scenery. It truly felt like home. the experience was lovely.」

「With the virtual staff, I was able to easily access my room. Room was very contemporary and comfortable. The only issue was very noisy neighbors who partied late into the night.」

「We loved this place- very unique! Clean and great communication from hosts.」

「Our host mentioned he does not receive messages from Expedia postings. So if you are not receiving check-in information, you might want to find another way to contact them. The property is lovely. The Treehouse was perfect for my granddaughter and me.」

「The room was clean. The owners of the property were great…very informative about the area and answered all our questions. The location of the Inn was very good, within walking distance of most of the great shops and restaurants! The Taxi service we used was also amazing! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes and every driver was very nice and friendly! Our stay was great! The area is beautiful!」

「It was a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better was a designated parking spot. We had a difficult time with parking and expected that to be part of the stay. We were told we could park behind the property but the Hermann Manor already had trucks parked there.」

「The property is nice and staff is great but in my opinion the property is way overpriced for what you receive and everything is an extra charge. I just expect more than a few sodas and other basic items included for $350 a night cabin. It was in wine country and they did not even give you a bottle of local wine!」
