"We stayed three nights in the cabin and had a nice time. The hot tub was great. The only complaint is the lighting. The living room lights were too dim to read by and the kitchen overhead lights did not work making it too dark to cook. "

"we just stayed at the private river front cottage and believe me it is private. located at the end of the road with a large yard facing the river. it was perfect for balling catching with our dog. the river is right at the corner of the property which our dog loved. The house although only advertised as one room was quite well appointed with an added on a porch facing the river which we sat in most of the time. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the cottage and enjoyed our time in this historical charming little cottage"

"This was a great little get away. Only 90 minutes from our home but was secluded in nature enough to really relax. For still being in Missouri and close to St Louis the view was fantastic. The cabin covered all your necessities and was close enough to town to run in for food or supplies. We will definitely be back! "

"What a beautiful property! Very relaxing which is exactly what we needed! Enjoyed feeding the koi and watching the frogs in the small pond. The firm bed was perfect for my bad back. Secluded peaceful spot,yet close enough to get supplies and sightseeing. We enjoyed the gravel bar and the river. The hot tub was wonderful! We will definitely be planning a return visit!"
