The hotel is relatively new and, thus, all of the facilities are pretty new and modern. The people in the Hotel are very friendly, especially, Wesley (I hope I don't misspell his name) picked up my wife and me from Steenwirk train station. Although it has only a distance of one mile, it means great help if you have luggage and the taxi system is not very good in the city. You should try to call the hotel if you have luggage and they will help to pick up you.

The hotel itself is somewhat okay but the room was filled with bugs as well as bed bugs, i kept waking up every 20 mins to a new bite, genuinely disgusting. The towels and bed sheets also smelt like vinegar made me nauseous all night.

This is the best hotel and service ever!

Best service ever! I’m staying between 100-150 nights at hotel every year in several countries and different hotels. This is the coziest, best hotel and best service I’ve ever experienced! So kind, tailor-maid breakfast and fantastic quality!!

There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe. Luckily someone was coming to their room and was willing to call for us. We got access to a lock box with the room card. People in our group got a text from WhatsApp with details but they did not mention it on the notice on the door. We did arrive around midnight to the hotel.
