「Recommend this location highly! Property is really well maintained - super clean, neutral decoration maintained to a high standard, fresh soft furnishings including plush towels, breakfast choice is excellent and the owner is a welcoming host.」

We booked a Deluxe Room, having deliberately ruled out the separately advertised Deluxe Accessible Room. On arrival, we were allocated what appeared to be that room, in the separate Coach House. It was stark and lacked the character we expected.
Worse was the handling of our concerns. The duty manager...

「Lovely hotel to stay in for 1 night. The receptionist was super helpful and very kind. The room was very decent for the price and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable The only downside there was no hot water at midnight when I went back to my room. The facilities has a huge parking which was a bonus for me.」

「An old building and we had stayed just once before the current owners took on the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent prices for drinks both in the restaurant and bar. The Sri Lankan food was superb, tasty and full of flavour, next time I'll as for it to be hotter.
The room was clean, comfortable despite being in an old building. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels, perhaps a little smell of damp in them.
We will certainly return.」
