These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the scenic balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.
Unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and two queen size beds in the guest bedroom.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,” where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

Condo was great! Convenient boat ramp. Will be even better when boat slips are back. Only thing, is that pool motor runs all night and very loud. Condo 1A. Owners can’t help that though. Lovely place

Great extended stay location

This condo was very nice, it would be great for a extended stay fishing/scalloping vacation. You are right across from Sea Hag Marina so you aren't right in the middle of the hussle and bustle of weekend visitors.

Perfect location for Scalloping

Cannot beat this location. Right at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River. End unit that is HUGE and well appointed with everything you could need. Clean and in excellent condition. Pool on property is an added bonus. Boat ramp just yards away to launch your boat and included slip makes bringing your boat as effortless as possible. Thanks for a great getaway!

Overall it was a great experience

The location of the property was perfect, and so was the view. I was told there would be keys when checking in, and there were not. I really didn't get much out of the owner when I communicated this. It was a nice condo, just a few things were needed that would have made it more convenient. There was only one washcloth, no iron, and no coffee mugs. Other than these small inconveniences it was great!

Thanksgiving Get away

We have stayed in these condos before and we’re pleased. This particular unit was awful. I don’t mean to criticise, just help with improvements. We walked in to a foul smelling unit and the smell never went away. Found that food was left in the fridge . Roaches were everywhere! Dead and alive . They even came out of the bathroom faucets . Beds in one of the rooms were so hard, kids had to sleep on sofa . Shower had mildew all in it and toilets were dirty. I honestly don’t think the unit was cleaned before we arrived . Will never stay here again. This had nothing to do with Emily or the booking . She is great ! It clearly was housekeeping that did not do their job or reclean before another guest . Unfortunately because of the roach problem , I will never stay in these condos again.

Location, Location, Location

Five of us stayed at this condo for 3 nights to enjoy the scallop season. The condo is directly on the water with the balcony overlooking the dock. All communication with Emily was quick and informative. The condo was very clean and the AC was on and working great. We had one issue with the blender not working and after contacting Emily, she offered to replace it immediately. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms roomy. The condo came with a boat slip and we rented a boat from next door which was convenient. We also walked to the WhoDat next door to eat, which was very good. I will be booking this condo again!
