"Best staff of any placed we have ever stayed. The hotel calls the ambassadors and they truly are. Marie and Janniiiii help us choose restaurants and local attractions with great detail. They both spent a lot of time with us while being super friendly and informative. "
"Perfect hotel for those with children! They had a summer event while we were there so there was bouncy castle, table tennis, colouring in, little trikes and many more activities in the main hall! Also they had daily treasure hunt (with prizes) which my daughter did every day while we were there! The room was big, clean and had good views!
The facilities were excellent such as the pool, gym, playroom for kids and onsite restaurants!
The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of choices and a section at kids height, and there was a special VIP who came throughout the breakfast hours, who the kids loved!
The hotel is a bit far from town center (15-20mins walk), but there were plenty of options if you didn’t want to walk.
We would definitely come back to stay, if we ever come back to Copenhagen! "

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly on our last day we ordered a taxi for a fixed price through the hotel and the taxi driver was going to charge us more than agreed a member of staff spoke with the driver in English so we could understand as well and she reminded him it was fixed.
