“the room was very nice for a 60s hotel.; The staff was very nice. There was no staff at the front desk on Saturday morning to give room keys to or to check out. ”

“Good place to stay for a while, near to the i75 and a safe and quiet place ”

“Overall, the hotel was in good condition and modern fixtures in the rooms. The hallway had a strong odor and there were visible stains on the carpets. The “pool” is essentially a giant soaker pool/hot tub and not what I would advertise as a pool. It’s also very small to be the only “pool” advertised. Staff were average, not overly friendly but nice enough. There were not enough towels in our bathroom. 2 towels for 4 people? Then when we asked for more towels it was like we were asking for……

“The only reason I booked this hotel was because it was listed as a VIP with Expedia. I have no clue why it would be considered VIP. I was to receive 2 drinks with the reservation and this to me, means alcoholic beverages or soda but instead was given 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was limited and for what the nightly rate was that I paid, would have expected more. Highly disappointed!”

“This felt like a bait and switch. Whoever did their photos worked magic because the reality was a pretty shoddy and overpriced murdery-looking MOtel. Staff asked me to not ask for towels or clean sheets if possible. I was charged a random $50 hold. Pool, gym, and laundry are in need of TLC. Bathroom was filthy, dub didn't drain, and it was sooo dark. Have I stayed in worse? Yes. Have I stayed in worse for this price? Not that I can recall. ”

“Outstanding! 1st time staying at this chain & it won't be the last. Amazing staff - so cheerful, welcoming, accommodating & professional. Suite was immaculate & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, too! We travel with 2 English Creams & the pet area was well lite, large, clean & well stocked. ”

“For A last-minute stay, it was great. would have given five stars But the elevators are super super slow.”

“room smelled like an ashtray, and I don't smoke. cigarette burns in the bedspread. only has one washer and dryer. but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.”
