「The staff was outstanding, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we had dinner one night and the steaks were excellent. I was able to extend checkout for an extra hour which was very helpful, as my granddaughter was able to ride the pony again. We participated in multiple activities such as Tomahawk and Archery; the attendants were helpful and provided positive feedback. The pool was chilly, but doable for children. The only disappointing thing that occurred was the...

「The inn is close to town, walking distance. They have a restaurant behind the inn that offers burgers, sandwiches and some dinner selections. Service was nominal at the restaurant, not overly friendly. I actually felt like they'd rather be somewhere else. Rooms were clean, but pretty simple. No TV, which I dont watch anyways. No coffee bars except for at breakfast. Maybe they were short staffed, but it seemed that there was never anyone around the front desk to help with anything. It actually...

「We booked the hotel on Expedia and it advertently booked for the next night. When we showed up in the evening, the front desk staff checked, and we settled into our room for about an hour and then received a call telling us that we were not booked into the hotel till the next day and they kicked us out so we left the hotel at 12:30 in the morning and had to drive around and look for a hotel to stand for that evening. We should’ve never been checked in if the property was oversold, and our...
