「I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient.

「The apartment was fine, but I would argue it wasn't a 'cozy' stay. The kitchen and bathroom were appropriately equipped however the place could really do with some love. A mop and bucket left in the middle of the bathroom, panelling in the kitchen is chipped and scuffed.
