"We had a pet with us and given a room on the first floor. The carpet on the way to the room was a bit dingy and stained. Entering the room there was an odor. The water pressure for the shower was very poor. The toilet had chipping paint or the top plastic was peeling. The Kleenex box only had 5 tissues left. Parking lot was full at the end of the night. It was hard to sleep due to the noise of the AC."

"The room was showing signs of age. The curtain shears were yellowed, brittle, and ripped. The room smelled of cooking smells from downstairs. And the showerhead was disgusting and the shower door had mold. The AC smelled, the filter was dirty, and the wall controls didn't work, we had to control it on the machine itself. "

"Abraham at the front desk was the most wonderful welcoming person. He was so friendly and helpful! The rooms are also really big and had plenty of amenities. Breakfast also had plenty of choice."
