My only complaint was not enough pillows but I’ll bring my own next time. Also, the plate in the microwave was missing but still worked fine. 」

「Check-in was difficult. Hotels.com sent us a non-functional door code and security wasn’t at the front desk. No one answered the phone numbers listed on the door to call. Brisk walk through the rain to parking deck next block over to get security to answer phone to let us in the door. 「When we checked in at night a gentleman named Josh was attending the desk. We got a feel for the type of area we were in because the doors were kept locked at night. That may just be a hotel policy, but the surrounding area seemed pretty bad when we were in town the next day. Josh was super friendly, he was professional and helpful.
