“Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels”

“Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. ”

“Convenient for Luton, Luton Parkway, Airport and town centre. Apartment had appropriate furnishings and adequate equipment and was clean and tidy.”

“Le logement est tres bien agencé et tranquile. Les chambres et deux salles de bains parfait. Un balcon agréable. Facile de se garer devant. Par contre, la moquette dans tout l appartement n'est vraiment pas propre, machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas”

“Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed.”

“The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be……

“I and my family had an amazing stay in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, Host was very welcoming, amenities were wonderful, communication was very effective and efficient. Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a……

“The property is in a central location to Luton. The property was very dirty appearing to have had no cleaning attended to it for some time. It had a strong bad odour. There was hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The equipment in the kitchen was sparce, cheap, rusty and very dirty. We could not find a clean glass to drink from in the cupboard, dried on physical dirt. There was wet dirty cloths and sponge left on kitchen top, no washing up liquid or cleaning products. Old dirty slippers in the……

“Lovely flat and great facilities. The area was quite intimidating and there was lots of noise from the flats above throughout the night.”
