Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room! Staff very helpful & polite. Used restaurant for dinner, and food was very good, reasonably priced too. One issue is the £5 parking charge on check-out! The system will not let you complete the check-out process until you make the payment. Irrespective if you have paid parking in advance to check-in (HGV parking account with SNAP).

No Hot water, reception didn't answer the room phone so used my mobile to get through, said they'd send an engineer but didn't, i presume it was an energy saving concept, but not good

Handy for Wembley Stadium

Very handy for trip to Wembley Stadium to see Guns n Roses. Parked at Stanmore Station and got the Jubilee Line tube in to Wembley Park. Mattress in our room needs to be changed - the innards and springs were exposed. Also only one mug and one teaspoon for 2 persons... Very handy to get drinks from the 24 hour bar after we returned from the gig after midnight. Thanks very much.

Hell, better off sleeping in the back of a van

Not enough staff, staff having to run bar and reception so kept people waiting. Filthy all the way throughout the hotel. Strong smell of smoke and weed in the room and corridors. Bathroom was mouldy and smelly. Dust everywhere. One available socket for charging phone. Faulty thermostat, the room got too hot which made the smell worse. Extremely rude housekeeping staff that was speaking aggressively towards us but in another language waving and huffing at us.

Pleasant hotel

Very welcoming staff on reception, room was on the ground floor so perfect, huge room with the most comfortable super king bed. The only thing that let it down was the beds for the kids, was pretty much a mattress on the floor, but it was an extremely uncomfortable bed, you could feel the springs through it. My 9 year old struggled to get to sleep. Could do with more plug sockets as well. Bits of damp in the bathroom, perhaps needs a bit of a facelift. But overall was a nice room for a quick stop. Would definitely stop again.

Terrible awful disgusting

Poor check in as I was firstly given a room that was stinking of stale cigarette smoke. I requested another room and was given a different room, with no apology regarding the first room. The 2nd room was very warm with broken air conditioning. The thermostat was reading 33.8 degrees !!!! Light were broken in the room and the shower was just a dribble. I asked for my room to be serviced…this did not happen either. This is quite possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never ever return.
