“Great place to stay. Decent breakfast. Clean and safe. The location is good. Staff is awesome. My wife is Polish so she loved it. We will stay again”

“Person at desk seemed to be bothered when checking in 15 minutes before “checking in time”. Our king bed ( room 209) had a horrible mattress. It was soft and seemingly worn out; every time one of us slightly shifted the other was affected. Had to sleep sideways at the head and foot of the book to get relief. Definitely not worth $180 bucks.”

“We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time. The room was very clean and the dogs on the property were very nice. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The Neon Mallard bar next door was terrific. Small but very clean room. Goofy check-in process, but works well if you’re arriving after 4pm check-in time.”

“This place was immaculate! The facility itself is very well maintained with super clean rooms and the beds were so comfortable. This place is right next to the river! You’ll all the love the wildlife you’ll encounter. Thank you for the wonderful stay!”

“Clean and comfortable room. Shower had great pressure. I was in town for a wedding, family stayed at the tower Inn and Alpine and this was certainly nicer than the two.”

“First, I am totally not dismissing this hotel. It was an interesting and different experience for us, and we're retired. We did not meet any staff until just before checkout, when we were asked if we needed any help. The vending area had no vending. The hot tubs were two outdoor hot tubs that were on an uneven deck, and were like hot tubs you'd have at home. Most all of the rooms face the state highway, so there is some noise. We were on the first floor and the noise above us was a lot, but……

“From the pictures I thought I was going to be staying in a room overlooking a lake. I got a parking lot. Would have saved some money and went elsewhere. Zaida was awesome!”

I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.”
