「great, staff, very clean rooms, nice facilities. If it's not raining, see their Christmas lights- you can walk through them! Drinks are a little overpriced compared to other lodges in the NW, but very good!」

「From check in to check out, this was a wonderful stay! I booked two nights for a quiet, cozy retreat, and Bonneville Resort provided just that. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with nice touches - a mini fridge, coffee maker, extra fuzzy blanket, and robes. I enjoyed the on-site amenities of putt putt, hiking trails, and the sauna is amazing! A hot mineral water soak at the spa was exactly what I needed to top off this relaxing get away.」

「Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. 」

「We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. 」
