「Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette villa à stintino. La villa est bien située si vous avez une voiture, pas possible de rejoindre la plage à pied. La région est très plaisante et les plages magnifiques. En ce qui concerne la villa, elle est grande, la piscine est très belle, l'aménagement est simple mais ça suffit pour une semaine. Pour l'intérieur, il manque quand même deux choses importantes : un micro-ondes (alors qu'il est précisé dans l'annonce) et un lave vaisselle...

「The apartment is very nice and airy with high ceilings and a wonderful large terrace with sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing, and we really felt at home. The accommodation was very clean. The surrounding area is nice, some small beaches are within walking distance, the stunning beach La Pelosa only a short drive away. Stintino is a charming fishing village. Piero was a great host who always answered immediately. The check-in was easy. Arrival any departure times...

「Spacious and clean villa in nice location. Plenty of room in bedrooms etc. I’ve bathrooms. No air conditioning which on Aug was very hot although fans provided in each room which helped. Pool area was clean and relaxing area. Kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better stocked eg. No baking tray, tea towels but when asked owner quickly came back with latter. Stuntino is lovely with great beeches. A car is needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!」

Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni.」

「Alles kaputt und renovierungsbedürftig, Ameisen Sandmücken,und die Fliegen rauben dir die letzten nerven . Der Pool ist ist mit einem kotzigen grünen Rand. Die Kontakt Person meinte wir sollten den Müll am Strand entsorgen, obwohl wir vile € für die endreinigung bezahlt haben Richtig unverschämt. Bei uns würde kein Mensch soviel Geld ausgeben für so eine Bruchbude.」

「Es war die perfekte Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Eltern und zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zum Strand, Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe. Insbesondere die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen.」

「Careful, hidden costs: the place charges extra for linen. Also not recommended for short term rental. One roll of toilet paper was the only consumable, no salt, pepper, dish washing detergent or more toilet paper that people usually require. There is also a deposit in cash and we received last minute cleaning requirements to receive the deposit back, which was weird. Otherwise ok and large place, the neighborhood is a bit boring, nothing walkable close by.」

「la villa e' stupenda, si vede il mare e le aree esterne sono ben suddivise, c'e' una piscina fantastica con manutenzione costante. la casa all'interno offre 3 camere da letto molto curate con materassi comodi e climatizzatore. la propietaria CRISTINA, e' stata super disponibile, si e' messa a disposizione per garantirci massimo servizio, e assiistenza. consiglio di prenotare anche per la sua posizione strategica all'interno del ccuntry village. consigliatissimo.」
