「Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

「My family and I traveled to Paradise, California for a graduation. Our stay at the house was peaceful, quiet, and we enjoyed the weather. The check-in and check out were easy, instructions for the house were explanatory, and communication with the owner was pleasant and responsive. The interior of the home is impeccable. 「The cabin was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked. The location was perfect for us. Surrounded by Oak woodlands above Butte Creek, peaceful and beautiful. The wildflowers were everywhere during our visit! We arrived on a very hot day, 95 degrees. Thankfully they had turned the air conditioning on so we were immediately comfortable. Butte Creek was the perfect place to lounge and cool down with friends and family. Our group likes a little space and room to roam and we were not disappointed....

「This efficiency studio-like stay is located in a great, quiet community with charming setting. If you are looking for a getaway, this is one to consider. There is no TV, so no distraction. Water pressure is low in this unit, so be prepared for longer wait times on hot water. Access to the next door unit were loud and could be heard talking and walking up and down the stairs.」

「Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. 」

「Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!」

「The wife and I only spent a night in Chico and this house was a great place to unwind after a long day! Clean, comfortable and very cute! There's even a bonus room with a bar set-up and out door couches set up in the well tended back yard. The beds are comfortable and newer windows kept any outside noise outside. Will stay here again if it's not booked up!!」
