"辦理入住快速，工作人員非常親切。交通方便，機場快捷月台搭電梯上去一樓，岀來左轉就到飯店。離市中心也很近，是值得再次留宿的好地方。"

"Self check-in machine sucks as my booking was not recognised. Still needs a person to sort things out. Importantly, Taiwan is not a province of Taiwan. This is so stupid."

"We love the hotel and the staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing!!! All of the Christmas decorations- multiple Christmas trees included tasteful and delightful. The gentleman that checked us in was New to the elite hotel staff and said it was one of the best hotels he’s ever worked at.. the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious and I love that there is a pub right there too for some fish do And meatballs. Awesome place look forward to next Christmas with you."

"一開始有點難找路，知道秘訣就能很快到達。 酒店職員十分好，我們12點到達想先寄存行李，他們二話不說，直接給我們房間！ 一定要預訂scenic view房間，你不會後悔的。大堂有檸檬水，糖果和柑作為welcome stuff, very sweet。 美中不足是花灑水壓有點低。"
