"Lisa was the front desk attendant when we arrived and she gave suburb customer service. We had driven from Los Angeles to Lodi for my cousins celebration of life. My oldest son got car sick and we arrived earlier than check in time. He needed to take a cold shower and lay down. Lisa told us there was no rooms available even after I offered to upgrade at a cost. She advised me that my son could wash his face with cold water and we can sit in the lobby to help him feel better. We did so, 20min later she was able to check me in. Lisa went above and beyond. My son was able to take a cold shower and rest s little before we met up with family and celebrated my cousins life gone too soon from cancer. "
