「Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. 「Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel is in desperate need of some major updates and maintenance. Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. The pool area wasn’t much better. There was a hose running into the pool, and the hot tub was out of service with construction materials covering it. It was certainly not the relaxing environment you’d...
