"The room had moldy pizza under the pull out couch like it haven’t been cleaned out in months and the hotel had an odor. It’s time to renovate that hotel! For it to be only two floors it should be better"

"When I arrived, the front desk sprung a demand for a damage deposit for twice the room rate on me. This was not disclosed anywhere in the materials provided on the Hotel.com website and was not demanded by any other Quality Inn where I stayed during this same week. When I refused to provide the deposit when I arrived at 11:30pm the facility refused to honor my reservation. I left and doubt I will ever use Quality Inns for accommodations again."
