"We mentioned a wake up call but never gave the front desk the time and after we got settled in our room, they called just to make sure and I thought that was very nice. I made other arrangements for a wake up. Call in the meantime. Just an adult touch that was nice. "

"Check in was seamless - front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue which was not a big deal was the water temp in our shower/sink would keep changing hot - cold. Which made showering interesting - room 402 in case this is a maintenance issue. Perfect location close to everything we were doing for the weekend. We would stay here again."

"My husband and I were traveling from Oklahoma to Houston to visit our daughters. We knew we weren’t going to make it by midnight so we called and requested a later check-in time. The staff waited for us to arrive and checked us in a little after 1:00am. We were tired and very thankful that they were so accommodating."

"This home was SO welcoming. There was a welcome gift left on the counter with snacks and bottles of cold water left in the fridge for us. The home was tidy, beds were VERY comfortable, and the host was communicative when there was an issue with a check-in code not being automatically sent. Our 1.5 year old daughter was safe in the space and enjoyed the open layout of the space. Access to a cocktail was not in the listing but should be included! What a cool amenity (even if we didn't use it)! "
