「The host was great, sent us check-in information days in advance.Being less than 10 minutes from the square was so helpful as we made multiple trips down there during our stay.The house was clean, in great condition, and a lot of space. 「The host had the house decorated beautifully for Christmas and provided so many extras, like coffee and cream pods for the keurig, a fir pit, swing set for the kids, pool table, fenced back yard, games. Some earlier guests complained about no top sheet but the beds are made in the traditional European way with a duvet cover over the blanket. The duvet is easily washed after a guest leaves and the blanket re-inserted. it is truly cleaner than having a top sheet covered by a comforter or quilt...

「The property was nice and clean but it said it had a lake view which was not correct what it had was a view of a water retention pond which was nothing but a mud hole. When I mentioned it to the owner he said it wasn’t his fault it wasn’t responsibility what it looked like but it was his responsibility what he put in the description of the property. He said I could cancel but if I did I would lose 50 percent of my money. He should change his description if he wants to be honest」

"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"This was a terrible hotel. We stayed for three days, and there was no Wi-Fi for two of them. The service was indifferent, and the room only had $8 bottles of water. The room facilities were old, and the staff were arrogant. I will never go there again."
