「Nice rooms, great staff」

「The room was never cleaned for 5 days we been there, kept running out of towels and tissue. The beds are horrible and very sqeaky. I forgot my wallet in the room and the lady couldn’t give me a key to the room, and no smiles from staff at all. If NIHB weren’t covering the rooms they would be out of business in no time」

「Pool was good 」

「The property was good, clean and quiet. However the children and i did not appreciate the pool life guard. She would yell at the kids for every little thing. The kids could not enjoy their swim. Ex. A child came down the water slide and she yells "hey not like that" seriously how else does soeone come sliding down a slide. Ridiculous, she stands there with her arms crossed staring the children down. 」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Front desk was very helpful, with one person working there was a line up but with his professional business he was very good and apologized to everyone, when another person who was just getting off work noticed and help people to check in, great service. The door cards don't work all the time have to trying door 3-4 times before green light comes on to open door」

「Great stay for the price. Everything was perfect. The staff were very accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in a very convenient location in Saskatoon. 5 star service ⭐」

「The property is very run down and unkept. The ceiling in the room was very dirty near the air unit. The curtains didn’t cover the windows. The beds were terrible. It’s very run down. 」

「The room was awesome. Clean. Had everything we needed. The hot tub jets were not working but we used it for a bit. The staff were great. Knowledgeable and helpful. I need to mention breakfast is NOT included with your stay. 18.00$ but so worth it!!!」

「Overall property was decent. Rooms were fairly clean (noted large amount of dust behind toilet). Showerhead had almost no pressure and should have been replaced. Beds quite uncomfortable but all sheets clean and lots of pillows per bed.」

「Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Pool isn’t super exciting. The food at the restaurant, I had expected higher quality considering the kind of hotel & expense of the food. Im pretty sure my child's mac & cheese & fries were actually KD out of a box & freezer fries. I expected better out of this establishment. My meal was good, but not great - Tuna poke bowl. Breakfast in bed was fantastic.」
