“Upon arrival, we had some hiccups with rooms and the staff were very helpful in helping accommodate us and fixing those issues. It was a lovely hotel and I would stay again!”

“Great breakfast buffet, really clean and new rooms, big hot tub. Our only “complaint” is that it is confusing to find the parking lot the first time.”

“Our room had a great view. There are stairs to get to most of the rooms - first or second floors. The continental breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, bread, and fruit, with a few items that weren't properly cooled (yogurt, eggs, cream cheese). The location wasn't bad; it's at the edge pf downtown so it takes a few blocks to get to the heart of downtown, but doable for most.”

“King size bed pillows were too small for the bed. The Tv would freeze when in use. Staff was not very helpful in resolving it. The couch was you sat on would lean to the right. Parking fee was not published on Expedia website”

“We had a great stay at The Bristol nearby Bristol last year and figured we would try The Nordic to compare. We would stay at the Bristol next time, hands-down. The staff and friendliness and rooms were far superior at the Bristol versus the Nordic. Nordic staff was lackluster and not overly friendly or welcoming. The property itself is quite outdated. The value for the money may be appropriate, but we’d rather spend a little bit extra and have more favorable experience next time.”

“Bugs in the room, smelled like smoke, and generally a gross experience. I would not recommend nor do I understand how anyone would rate this more than a 1 or 2 on a 10 point scale. So gross.”

“Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again.”

“I was appalled! This hotel is away from the city with nothing around and they charge you $12 per night to park in their parking lot that needs resurfaced. This is a separate charge from booking. I did not see this requirement when I booked because it was shown in small printing on a separate page which in nothing more than their full intentions to deceive their customer with add-ons after booking. I couldn’t find another hotel in Steamboat Springs that had a parking charge. The breakfast……
