「We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! 」

「Great location and parking (£12.50 a night) one minute walk away from accommodation. Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Would stay again as felt high end especially the bed but I did stay Sun- Tues so extremely quiet.」

「New modern accommodation. It’s fresh and clean and right in the centre of town. There are a few things that could do with being better, but that’s just our opinion. 「not having replacement toilet paper available seems a bit much!!」

「We loved the property! Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations and easy access to shopping, pubs, etc…. Highly recommend this property to anyone - please note: the property includes a number of stairs and it is a few blocks to shopping etc, so those with mobility challenges may wish to consider this.」

「Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. 「Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy 」

整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"

"訂的雙人床, 入住給了兩張單人床，床好小；設施好舊，浴室門關不到；乾淨度還可以接受，但有塵；隔音不好；吊燈是壞的，10分鐘就會不停閃，厠所的夜燈是藍色，好嚇人。"
