「We had a great stay there! The only negatives was when we got off at our floor (3rd floor) it was really cold there in the hallway! Would have like the breakfast to stay open longer, like till 11:00am, we were on vacation there so I didn't want to get up early & get ready to go down to breakfast!」

「We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢」

「Staff was very friendly, however the hotel itself is very old and needs a refresh. Rooms were fairly clean, but age of hotel makes it feel dirty and smell stale.」

「Could use some updating/maintenance. Some things broken or close to broken in our room. The front desk has a sign that says you must report room problems within 20 minutes of check in. Makes me think there has been other complaints. Beautiful building inside. Plain outside. Check in staff was super friendly. The sign said they wouldn’t change our towels or sheets for a short stay but they didn’t come in the room at all to check on things or empty garbages or anything. Breakfast was good....
